I enjoyed a great stay in a spacious suite that offered easy access to the Magnificent Mile and stunning views from the rooftop pool, making my weekend city stroll so much more enjoyable. however, the in-house dining options could use more variety for those with dietary restrictions.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like wi-fi, fitness center, and a 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me with currency exchange during my first stay. Highly recommend! I'm coming back for a holiday.

We spent three nights in a King Room, and my kids adored the rooftop pool that felt like our private oasis while I enjoyed those ice creams at the front desk. The relaxing rooftop pool and cozy sun terrace made our downtime super chill. The hotel could use a little updating in the hallways, but it didn't dampen our fun! 😊

Also, the hallways felt dated, and there were some scuff marks on the walls that made the place feel less clean than it should. A mini fridge would have been nice in the room too, but I managed without one. Overall, a decent choice for a quick stay, but some updates would enhance the experience.

In my wife's opinion, the breakfast options were very limited for kids. They could really boost the menu with more kid-friendly items.

Had a great time with friends! We loved the proximity to interactive video games and the classic Ed Debevic's diner, just a mile away. The rooftop pool was a fantastic place to relax. Just be mindful that parking is an additional fee, and there’s no fridge in the room unless requested.

Just a good pick for an overnight stay in Chicago with good value for money. The 2 bedroom suite was amazing for our bachelorette party. Try to request rooms close together ahead of time, as communication can vary.
